Spent the day overhauling the first novella I self published, Fallen City. It's been needing an update for a while now. Feels real nice to get back into this sort of work. Falls between the agony of writing and the frustration of typesetting. #SelfPublished #Writing #Writers #typesetting

@RLRVivaldi "But no one would know" is missing the ENTIRE POINT. Not to mention I think even if people can't put their finger on it they KNOW when something is AI because something just doesn't quite feel right often. Some things may slip through the cracks of course, but some AI is more obvious than they may think.

@Larvitz Thinking about it more, I historically have associated em dashes with advertising. I simply don't remember reading them in ordinary written text.

Last month I wrote a #poem based on my interpretation of a #writing prompt, andshared it here. Over the past few days I took in the challenge of translating it into #Spanish. That was fun, and involved a lot of playing around. The meter had to change, I had to learn a bunch of new words, and a few new metaphors. Anyway, here they both are.
