Hm... There is quite a lot that can happen in an office that is pretty hard to reproduce remotely. Literally overhearing a conversation could mean the difference between weeks of wasted effort and just re-using the work of colleagues.
I use a lot of random computer science terms like iterate, enumerate, refactor, etc. It's hard for me to know if I use these terms "way too much" because they are a normal part of my vocabulary.
