Today the European Commission is publishing the #PassengerPackage - legislation to fix railway ticketing

Basically in this #PassengerPackage the Commission seems to have in mind someone who takes a train once a year on holiday, not people who ever do this even semi regularly.
@jon SNCF is going to find a loophole to just make it impossible to use the "one ticketing transaction" for their trains nevertheless.

BUT that means that IF you have some ticket already - a Klimaticket for example - and want to add something on to that, you are left without rights
@jon Or if you get stuck somewhere & unexpectedly have to buy a ticket say on a different service.
