BUT that means that IF you have some ticket already - a Klimaticket for example - and want to add something on to that, you are left without rights

@jon Have you already found a part in which is written that a OSDM purchase might not necessarily considered as a single commercial transaction?

Basically in this #PassengerPackage the Commission seems to have in mind someone who takes a train once a year on holiday, not people who ever do this even semi regularly.
