It took me years to sort out my diagnosis, tbh it was helped by my previous employer including neurodiversity assessments as a benefit for me to finally move forward with one (and I know obtaining a diagnosis also isn't for everyone, and that's okay too!)

Feeling my way through the diagnosis and how I feel about it has definitely been a rollercoaster of emotions.

@alecryan thanks and my musical tastes vary quite widely honestly! I love the idea of going back to physical media, so far I've been building my own collection of mp3s not tied to any platforms, so it's still offline but I haven't made the full leap to physical media - maybe I should consider it again!
