@alecryan thanks and my musical tastes vary quite widely honestly! I love the idea of going back to physical media, so far I've been building my own collection of mp3s not tied to any platforms, so it's still offline but I haven't made the full leap to physical media - maybe I should consider it again!

Yes, I think it's a net positive, and it can only help to understand more about myself.
Trying to unpick what of my behaviour is masking and what is actually just me, is tricky after so long
