Peer pressure@AzulCrescent yep, that's absolutely caffeine addiction. The withdrawal headaches can be brutal, but after a few days to a week they should go away (based on my experience).

Caught this #squirrel splooting in one of the trees behind our backyard a few days ago.@Trilobyter this is such a good one. Great snap.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dyEYum3cIQQ@SeanMP interesting. If it runs linux well I'd be interested. I'm more and more not liking Android these days with the bullshit Google is pulling.

Okay this can’t be topped.Okay this can’t be topped. This question has been answered.

I wonder if MS started making a working Internet connection a requirement in the Windows 11 out of box experience in response to how laughable it was to bypass a machine provisioned with Autopilot, previously.@maddy it makes it shit for developers too.
As the Ballmers of the world have said, DEVELOPERS DEVELOPERS DEVELOPERS!
Edit: there’s a reason I’m learning Flutter and not GTK or QT.

I also mean better support for packaging and distributing paid software across all distros. It’s one reason I keep hoping that flatpak keeps getting better and wins out as the defacto way to distribute Linux software.
There’s also the whole mess that is Linux UI tooling. And the clusterfuck that is the X11 to Wayland migration.
Distro maintainers have really made a mess of things.

There’s also Clip Studio Paint, Davinci Resolve (which has support only on one very specific distro/version combo), games (though valve is chipping away at that one), and so many other productivity apps that only support Windows and Mac.
The biggest barrier to Linux taking off is better proprietary software support.
