Gestern/yesterday:
hilfreiches Therapiegespräch (die Therapeutin hat sich sogar 15min mehr Zeit genommen weil es noch offene Themen gab) / a helpful therapy session (my therapist even took an extra 15min because there were topics left to discuss) 
Kuchen / cake
ich hab Nein zu was zu schwierigem gesagt / i said to something that’s too difficult 
Telefonate mit Freund*innen / phone calls with friends 
ein langer Spaziergang / a long walk 
ich hatte das erste mal probiert mein Essen hier zu ändern und es hat geklappt und hab Fischstäbchen / I tried for the first time to change my food here and it worked and I got fish sticks for dinner -

es war eine gute Idee gestern noch Malbücher von daheim mitzunehmen, die haben mir heute geholfen durch den Tag zu kommen / it was a good idea to get more colouring books at home yesterday, they helped me get through the day today eine Tablette genommen als es nicht mehr ohne ging / I took a pill when I couldn’t bear it 
ein Spaziergang mit ein bisschen Sonne / a walk with a tiny bit of sun -

ich konnte mich heute beruhigen ohne Medis / I managed to calm down without meds today ich hab einen Korb fertig gebastelt / I finished weaving a little basket ich hab einem Menschen ein Kompliment gemacht das ihn zum Lächeln gebracht hat / I made a Person a compliment that made them smile -

Oops, I haven’t been keeping up with this. I am happy to report though that my last few days have been pretty okay mostly
movement without pressure feels good and is fun the therapist took some extra time to help me calm down yesterday I said something that was annoying me and I’m still proud of myself for that, and I got an apology and otherwise it didn’t have any bad consequences for myself -
Oops, I haven’t been keeping up with this. I am happy to report though that my last few days have been pretty okay mostly
