Had a blind person tell me today, offline, that they actually hope LLMs eliminate the need to go to websites because that would mean he would never have to fight an inaccessible website again, and I'm just sad forever now.

@WeirdWriter I'm working with ancient heretical scripture at the moment and it's rather impressive what even tiny free local models can manage.

I have scripture speaking in tongues on a raspberry pi, whilst the content of the scripture is about the miracle of speaking in tongues.

I don't think you need to be blind to appreciate having a consistent workflow/interface, grep on steroids & translations aids.

Don't be sad that technology over 100yrs in development gave a blind person hope.
