Made tonight with these ingredients , pretty much this recipe, delicious, can highly recommend in every way - I used 300g chicken breast, and 2 tbspns Mae Ploy local brand red curry paste
Ps spicy so watch the amount of paste used ... and I'm used to local Thai food
