Legit, I have more than a few times said my dream house is a stone cottage just far enough from town that I became the basis of a local legend about a witch that eats children who don't go to sleep at their bedtime

@Szescstopni my dream is to build a rocket to prove that the moon is indeed flat Earth. I mean obviously the world is round but the same side of the moon is ALWAYS facing Earth?? It’s clearly a cardboard cutout…

@Szescstopni Eh, could be a decent house somewhere hot too. My mom's moved to south Crete and it's definitely better there now than here (Berlin), but still dips far too much below my feel-good temperature range of 25-35°C.
Florida would be hotter than that but that's still better than the -10°C I get here. Also, the small house should be able to house multiple partners, ideally. Maybe not so small than?

@tylerlwsmith We're still not sure if it's paper or cardboard, so it's hard to decide on which recycling bin to use.

It sounds like you are very aware of the problem. I just want people to consider fire when they choose a place to live. Here in the Pacific Northwest US the situation is quite bad and getting worse.@rayotron Yes, it's quite bad out there. You need a lot of land to build decent firebreaks around the house.
