Been scratching my #retrogaming itch with some #wasm4 development, and it's been pretty great! It is honestly a great tool for easing people with some #gamedev experience into #baremetal programming (with all the direct memory access and whatnot), honestly feels a bit like programming an #embedded #microcontroller with a really good library.The semester is starting again soon though, and so I may have to abandon recreational #coding for a while

Just played through the short Scott Pilgrim EX demo. It was excellent and made me quite eager to buy the full game when it launches in a week or so. Tons of retrogaming references everywhere as you would expect.Only two very minor issues/bugs: boomerangs sometimes get stuck in midair and there's an extensive tutorial on the fighting mechanics but nothing at all tells you how to get to your inventory.A definite instant pickup for me.#gaming #retrogaming #scottpilgrim #scottpilgrimvstheworld #steam

I know i'm more than 20 years late to the party but can we give Sony a shout out for how easy it is to service the optical drive on the PS2? It took about 10 minutes to open, clean, lubricate, and reassemble my PS2 and it's gone from the disc drive not working at all to now being great. #playstation #retrogaming
