During the Minnesota surge, they released people from detention miles from their homes, in the middle of the night in the freezing cold with no phone, no ability to call anyone, no jacket, and no shoes. What are we going to see this time? Will we have people being released in 100 degree heat, miles from home, with no shoes? Will we see refugees and documented asylum seekers again held incommunicado for weeks despite being legally in this country?DHS is gearing up for more abuses.
