    Three good things I'm grateful for:1. The space to care for myself first thing in the morning. I put a heating pad on my back while I meditated, then followed it with ice. It felt nurturing and intentional.2. The loving-kindness practice I did, starting with myself and then extending it to others. It truly filled me up with warmth and love.3. Getting to spend time again with someone I really like. It feels good to enjoy our time together without depending on them for my happiness.     Three good things I'm grateful for:1. I get to see the woman I'm dating perform burlesque. It's also my first time going to a burlesque event. I'm super excited about it. 2.     Three simple and intrinsic things I'm grateful for today:1. Grateful to have a therapist that is helping me learn more about my own patterns. It's helping me be a better person, not just for me but for others. 2. The warmth in my chest when Shiloh puts both paws on me and gives me kisses. Gaining the trust of an animal who has been through so much, is my greatest achievement. 3. The relief I feel after an intrusive or traumatic thought passes.     Three good things today:1. Pet sitting a sweet Pyrenees and Maremma Sheepdog mix. Took her for a 30-minute walk, then let her relax in the backyard. She is now snuggling next to me, tail wagging in her sleep, which made me wonder what she is dreaming about.2. I found a book I am now obsessed with: Trip by Amie Barrodale. It is a literary novel about a mother who dies unexpectedly and experiences a surreal journey through the afterlife while her teenage son is lost at sea with a stranger, exploring themes of love, connection, and identity. 3.
