1. Big family celebration this weekend in NC for Dr. Gabby, my eldest granddaughter, who has her ‘white coat ceremony’ as she completes academics & begins clinical training for her veterinary degree. Grandma Cyn in NorCal will watch the event on TV but doesn’t get to enjoy the feasting afterward.
️2. Clear blue sky, sun, flowers, squirrels & birds out today, yay!
3. Reposting here a link I shared earlier on Fedi of a squadron of brown pelicans — I found it breathtaking. (These are the clowns who meet fishing boats & eat so much stolen bounty that they have to waddle along the dock as they can’t fly for a couple of hours.
