    Because I am placing blame on you for the #votingrights act being gutted. No seriously, don’t come for me over this because we fucking TOLD you.
    Yeah we all want perfection but that’s not the reality we were facing.
    Reality has arrived . Hope you enjoy it.

      @CatDragon In Canada, I learned from a young age that there is no such thing as a perfect candidate. We learned as much in our civics classes in school. I vote for the candidate in my riding that I think will best represent me at the current time. Over the years I've voted for candidates in different parties - whatever made sense at the time.

      I don't understand the idea picking a "team" in politics. There's never a perfect choice so choose who will be the best, even if all the options aren't great. And always, always, vote. Vote in every election at every level. I have never missed an election; from school trustees, municipal, provincial, and federal. Every election is critical and every vote is important.

      I wish all my friends in the US all the best as they deal with these uncertain times. Your friends in Canada are rooting for you to come together and make things better. 🇨🇦♥️
