I highly recommend the book "The CW Way of Life". It is straight key focused, but has really good exercises in general for learning Morse or improving technique. Also has a focus on proper ergonomics.

@W6KME I monitor 146.58 when I'm out driving and sometimes at home. That's our local central Oregon simplex frequency and the PNW SOTA frequency. Not much traffic weekdays though.

@MLE_online the lip looks very nice.
