@kevinteljeur I'm reading a history of the Plantagents. Several lineages have held the Lancaster title. As far as I can tell they all seem to have gotten really wealthy, then started civil wars. That's before the House of Lancaster and Wars of the Roses.
And that crest has the Fleur de Lys because King Edward decided he was the king of France.

I was looking back at a #design book about annual reports from 25 years ago. Graphis 8.
Bearing in mind these are statutory accounting documents for large corporates, it's incredibly disheartening how much we lost. Everything looked different. Things were fun. Weird. Broken.
Nowadays every corporate looks the same. They have their cute colours & type in their design scheme. It all looks like a knock-off Google UI. Even the ads. Don't step out of line and be noticed!

@randahl this stuff really makes me fear for the future. Early days and already what's up with the relationship? Robots are supposed to help humans, not have humans doing work for them.
And on a childish level, no one wants to be that guy whose job seems to be spraying WD-40 on a robotic crotch
