I was looking back at a #design book about annual reports from 25 years ago. Graphis 8.Bearing in mind these are statutory accounting documents for large corporates, it's incredibly disheartening how much we lost. Everything looked different. Things were fun. Weird. Broken. Nowadays every corporate looks the same. They have their cute colours & type in their design scheme. It all looks like a knock-off Google UI. Even the ads. Don't step out of line and be noticed!
