Betting there are lots of options. Seems like all the adults won't have a clue but their kids will figure it out.

the great forgetting#actuallyitsokay@adhd_coffee I have a timer that reminds me to take a sip every 15 minutes. After every 2nd reminder it adds get up and walk for a few minutes. And also on a whole foods diet. Only took about 7 decades to figure this out.
