Yeah, it's just not going to be an effective technique to tell people to give up their whole lifetime of favorite foods out of some moral obligation. To be quite honest, I struggle with finding vegan recipes that I genuinely enjoy and would order over a meal that contains meat. What's likely a better strategy in trying to convince people is less to scold them against meat eating entirely, and to simply encourage them to replace one meal a week with something vegetarian or vegan. Or increase portion sizes of vegetables and decrease sizes of meat in a meal. I.e. have a 4 oz steak plus a larger baked potato rather than an 8 oz steak. It's a lot easier to replace one meal per week than go cold turkey.@CordiallyChloe @itzyg
