Okay folks - I'm asking that you all help keep me on track... the scale this morning said 308 lbs. (140 kg)
I need to get that down...
I'd like to get that down to 286 lbs. (130kb) by July 12.I work IT, and am mostly sedentary.
My goal is to walk at least 2 miles a day (between treadmill and outside walking)
I'll try to post my results (steps/Distance/excerciese) every morning for the previous day, and weekly weight.
Is there anybody else who wants to join me? -
