@vantablack The purpose of everything these monsters do is to automate everything. The great irony of AI is that while it can't replace most jobs, replacing people like Marc Andreesen could be done with a relatively straight forward piece of software. I feel like "replace Marc Andreesen with software" is like the kind of thing a second semester college CS class could have as an assignment and everyone would get an A.

If I understand trademarks properly, they only apply within the same business domain. I could open up a tutoring business and call it "burger king" and that wouldn't violate the Burger King trademark.I wonder if it would make the case for trademark violation more substantial if you posted every day "investing in AI companies is the literal worst use of your money, at least you get some warmth from burning it"
there's a case to be made that this could constitute investment advice. That's *still* not trademark infringement because you're not claiming to *be* a16z, but it would be funny to see them try to argue that.
it's not a good case, but it's there.
