If I understand trademarks properly, they only apply within the same business domain. I could open up a tutoring business and call it "burger king" and that wouldn't violate the Burger King trademark.

I wonder if it would make the case for trademark violation more substantial if you posted every day "investing in AI companies is the literal worst use of your money, at least you get some warmth from burning it"

there's a case to be made that this could constitute investment advice. That's *still* not trademark infringement because you're not claiming to *be* a16z, but it would be funny to see them try to argue that.
