@Computer note that since nothing has happened, those troubleshooters who were not on standby are considered truant. Any claims that they were involved in firefights, chasing commie mutant traitors or otherwise doing anything other than slacking off are deemed treasonous lies by the computer.

Their pay will be docked, and any claims that they were promised hazard bonuses are to be considered confessions of treason.
