It's so funny to add beads, because I mainly use hematite ones, it makes the fabric so much heavier!

Also I have to be careful because they refect so much that you could get a pic of me in it depending on the angle I take the pic from... (currently in bathrobe with messy hair, not very flattering)

                Currently adding teeny tiny beads

How do we chose a needle to work with little beads like that? Mine let pass 8 beads on 10, is it a classic thing?

(tagging fedigroups to maybe get an answer to my question)

Using vintage bedsheets as fabric is fun, because the colors are not even anymore. The pocket shades go from blue to slightly turquoise because of that.

Also, those particular bedsheets have been mended by someone else, there are some little mending patches on it.

I'm pretty sad it's not possible anymore, as the fabric used in bedlinen is way thiner than 30 years ago (last time I bought a coton one, it was so thin I could see my hand through it, as if it has already been used for years ๐Ÿ˜”)

I'm bad at surprises... I really want to share a reveal with you but another part of my brain is going "show. the. thing. now. they. deserve. to. see. pretty. thingy"

So here is a pic of it, not sure about the sorting order. There are 72 pockets for thread plus 6 wider ones (scissors, needles, pieces of cloth...)

I didn't have thick colored paper to do my hourglass thingies in all the colours I needed, so yesterday I painted some and today I'm cutting it and rolling the remainder of my threads on the thingies (if you have a name for it, please share).

I didn't have thick colored paper to do my hourglass thingies in all the colours I needed, so yesterday I painted some and today I'm cutting it and rolling the remainder of my threads on the thingies (if you have a name for it, please share).
