@rkd993 True, it didn't started with October the 7th. It started with the Nazis: https://isgap.org/flashpoint/from-hitler-to-hamas-a-genealogy-of-evil/

The best thing about your comment - it is not clear to me which you are calling a war and which you are calling "planned industrialized annihilation of people".The latter fits both. Though I would argue that WW2 was more of a war than the genocide in Gaza, but you sound like someone who would call tanks and fighter jets murdering unarmed civilians a war, no matter how proud that would make Joseph Goebbels.

Okay, I'm dome here. -

@gkrnours @zeri @streetartutopia@ojelabii @rkd993 @gkrnours @streetartutopia yes, yes indeed. Do you refer to the Shoa or the Haavara agreement? The brits had a hand in it too but we, the Germans, definitely did the lion share of making the Middle East what it is today. Thing is I don't think the Palestinians should pay the price for Germanys crimes ... seems a little unfair you know.

The Top Image (Before): Captured by Mustafa Thraya, a prominent Palestinian drone journalist who extensively documented Gaza's landscape from the air before he was tragically killed in an airstrike in January 2024.
The Bottom Image (After): Captured from the exact same flight path by photojournalist Mohammad Ismail Shamallkh to document the extent of the structural destruction along the coastline.

Could you provide a link, please? Google is not a source.

@tillbtc @streetartutopia I searched but I'm not able to find anything about a photojournalist under the name of "Mohammad Ismail Shamallkh" (or similar). Do you have an actual source to back that up? If you only got this information from Gemini, consider it pretty useless at best.

@streetartutopia I think it very likely that the above image is AI-generated, as it's just too perfect. I highly recommend you take down this post. There's plenty of real images of the genocide in Gaza to use.
@thejessiekirk @streetartutopia @Quinn9282 @Parmon
And what proof did the billionaire corporate radicalized overlord supporters need for rioting Jan 6th per #8647 saying election was rigged? ...pizzagate, left is evil, when in fact, the radicalized right dystopian billionaires are worse than evil...etc?
Who cares, when we know of the genocide that in fact did occur? Making this atrocity out as AI slop dismisses the premise and is just as evil.

If you use AI pictures, please mark them as AI.@Susibryant @henry @streetartutopia@mastodon.online Better yet, just don't use AI pictures in the first place.

@streetartutopia Is that bottom image real? It seems absurdly implausible that it could've been taken at the exact same camera angle, height, and location as the first image given the immense destruction that has occurred around where the camera is sitting at? A reverse image search also only turned up a few X accounts reposting it with no source.
(Note: I'm only questioning the validity of that particular image, not the destruction that has actually occurred in Gaza as a whole)
I wonder where the rubble of the three buildings left to the mosque has gone.

@ojelabii @gkrnours @streetartutopia If law isn't applied equally to all offenders it isn't just. And law without justice is tyrany. Just ask yourself what consequences a settler has to fear if they start beating a old woman to death on camera (looks just like Hamas to me) and compare it to the fate of a palestinian attacking an illegal settlement in the same neighborhood. The IDF kills the one and dismantles his entire street while the other goes home and never sees the inside of a court room.
@zeri Oh, I'm wholeheartedly against illegal settlements from Israel, always have been. But again: Being against illegal acts (and politicians ignoring or even supporting those) are not the same, as denying a state its right to exist! If you want me to protest against illegal settlers in Israel, I'll happily join you as β as I'm sure β many Israeli would.

@zeri Yet I'll support Israels right to exist and to defend itself as well. Where defense turned into warcrime, I'd ask that to be judged as I'd ask other warcrimes in the world to face justice as well. If justice is not given evenly and fairly, I ask the justice system to be fixed though, rather than to ask this or that state to stop existing.

@streetartutopia I'd like to think that if you nuked a city the world would make you pay the highest price. Doing it in installments of 500kg does not make it any better. The consequences for such a crime against humanity should be such that your tactical nukes are effectively worthless, that you would lose for a generation access to borders, trade, communications even. We let this slide at our peril.
