1. I saw my first fawn of the year. I'm looking forward to many more sightings.
2. Used the slow cooker which is such a blessing for meal prep.
3. Received a pack of butterfly stickers that I ordered for a project. They make me smile.

I used to use a slow cooker, but finally bought an "InstaPot" (pressure cooker) a few years ago. Not a "game changer", but it does what a slow cooker does in 30 minutes, instead of hours. So far, I like it.
Plus, my slow cooker was huge, and now it's just me: smaller capacity was very appropriate. I well remember my Mom's cast aluminum pressure cooker from the 1950s.
I bought an "air fryer" at the same time as the "InstaPot": I have yet to try it out (3+ years).

@chessert I've debated options, but so far stuck with the slow cooker. I have two sizes and most of the time use one that is only 1.5 qt. I appreciate that it isn't fiddly on time. My oven acts as an air fryer, but like you, I have avoided needing that so far.
