I'm not gonna lie. running this instance takes work. Infrastructure doesn't maintain itself, storage costs money, and keeping things running smoothly isn't always easy.

@lil5 @lor thats just an estimated cost. Currently our kubernetes cluster costs everything from €30 a month to €70. Aiming for higher sums is due to the reason that money for rainy days is good.

I currently eat the full cost myself. But the goal is to not do that forever.

@lil5 @lor kubernetes for 18 users might be overkill. Yes. But I run that at home aswell and it feels the most scalable to maintain.

I do have the future vision of this being a much larger instance and therefore I planned for scaling early so the users wasnt forced to encounter a migration down the line.

I'd even say we got quite a decent uptime even though we are this small.
