CIRCLE WITH A DOT

Got a request for a laptop with built in serial port running Windows XP Pro. I had a Dell Latitude D620 that I think will work well for that. These Latitude models from this era were the first refurbished laptops I focused on selling when I started my local business in 2009. Success. The torrented Dell drivers disc was able to be mounted in Linux, then I copied the contents to a folder on an external drive. I was able to run the driver installer programs from that folder and it successfully installed the missing drivers (audio, wifi and nvidia graphics)Posting this from the XP laptop now, using the Supermium web browser. #WindowsXP
