Il capo dell'ufficio del presidente ucraino Kyrylo Budanov ha fatto sapere che sono in corso trattative con la Russia per un nuovo scambio, che potrebbe concretizzarsi in occasione della Pasqua. «I negoziati sono in corso e ci saranno nuovi scambi.
