Three good things today, or maybe this past week:1. I made it to Ireland! I had some severe ups and downs, but I made it. 9 + 13 + 3.5 hours of flying = 26.5h of anxiety, 72h of no sleep. I made it. 2. A comfortable bed. It's what I really need now, and I'm getting the rest I need.3. Irish bread, butter, and cheese.
