But I think it was during the exhibition and may not be part of the regular exhibits.It was quite pretty, with the blooms cascading down. Like a miniature willow lit up with fairy lights.

I came out to the grand opening of East Library in Gresham, now the second-largest library in Multnomah County. And wow! I was expecting it to be roomy, but this is next level! Very impressive inside and out. Huge crowd too for all the introductory festivities.Turns out, people *love* libraries. Who knew? #PDX #PNW

Today in #gardening news, the pole beans, tomatoes and zucchini all moved from the cold frames to the raised beds. Lettuce has been going great in their boxes for the past two weeks even giving us a few salads to enjoy. Carrots haven’t shown themselves but potatoes are coming up. AND I found a nettle patch on my morning wander and went back to forage enough for tea all summer. #pnw #zone8a
