South sound area #PNW, folks! This is a PSA about fried chicken. Gold Standard in downtown #OlyWA, brought to you by the folks who gave us Chicory including Top Chef Next Gen winner Elise Landry, is fantastic. I’ve eaten there a few times since opening and today the Sichuan chicken sandwich on a biscuit was maybe the best chicken sandwich I’ve had in my life. Go there. Support local. #Olympia
