Domani, se passa la riforma, indagherà per provare la colpevolezza dell’imputato e sarà quindi tentato di nascondere o sottostimare gli elementi a suo favore. Se poi l’imputato è un protegé del potere politico, quel pm, essendo un “sottoposto” del governo, indagherà davvero? Ponga che un ministro lo chiami e gli sussurri: “Carissimo, quel nostro assessore inquisito è nu bravo guaglione, non ha fatto niente di male”. In quel caso il pm avrà il coraggio di indagare a fondo? Comunque, ciò detto, le consiglio il mio metodo pragmatico che non sbaglia mai.
