Al voto popolare si è arrivati in forza dell’accordo tra i tre principali partiti di governo: per Forza Italia proprio la legge sulla separazione delle carriere dei magistrati, per Fratelli d’Italia il premierato, per la Lega l’autonomia differenziata.Se sulla riforma della Giustizia i risultati sono sotto gli occhi di tutti, bisogna ricordare che il premierato, approvato dal Senato il 18 giugno 2024, è dal luglio successivo fermo in commissione Affari costituzionali della Camera. E lì probabilmente rimarrà, a questo punto definitivamente. Il percorso verso l’autonomia differenziata, delineato dalla legge 86/2024, ha subito uno stop ed è stato “smontato” dalla Consulta. E visto il trionfo netto del No ieri al sud, anche il ddl Calderoli sulla definizione dei Livelli essenziali delle prestazioni (Lep), i cui emendamenti devono essere votati dalla commissione Affari costituzionali della Camera, potrebbe avere la strada in salita, anche se il ministro per le Autonomie Roberto Calderoli – alla domanda se la bocciatura della riforma della giustizia e le dimissioni del sottosegretario alla Giustizia, Delmastro, avranno conseguenze sul governo – si è limitato a dire: “Io penso all’autonomia e al resto e basta“. E sul completamento della riforma dell’autonomia differenziata, ha tagliato corto: “L’autonomia per me sta meglio”.Non si ferma invece la riforma elettorale: martedì 31 marzo prenderà il via l’iter in commissione Affari costituzionali della Camera. Insomma le riforme che dovevano cambiare il Paese sono ferme e lo resteranno in buona parte.
