@paco @hollie My at-home test showed enough for diagnosis, but this is an insurance issue. They won’t pay for the in-lab test unless the at-home is inconclusive, so if the at-home test doesn’t show anything and you’re not getting enough rest, press your doctor on it, so they can convince the insurance company it’s needed.(Not getting enough sleep can lead to all kinds of expensive health problems, so it’s in your insurance company’s best interests to get that diagnosed. )

@Thorn As far as have been told you get the diagnosis Fibromyalgia if you have been to several doctors that say they can not help you, because every bloodtest shows that you are healthy and should not feel the way you do.Fibromyalgia is said to be a condition where the central nervous system gives wrong signals of pain different places in the body. The brain misinterpreted the nerve signals. That's why the doctors have no clue what to do.They rule out every dangerous illness. And what's left is apparently a stupid brain and the way it read the nerve signals .You can apparently do everything , but you can't feel when you have done too much, and that can be the reason why you later can do absolutely nothing because of pain.At least, that's how I have understood fibromyalgia
