It doesn't say anything in there about usage of the nigger word.As I have elaborated on a previous post quoted below, it is an advisory guideline for best practices which our moderation team encourage that our members consider when using the instance. You aren't in trouble at all, just wanted to inform you of the culture we are looking to cultivate here.

We are by no means a big community yet and we would love to grow and have more active members.
The analogy i could make is, You wouldn't go to a town square and scream Nigger at the top of your lungs to a room full of strangers that is very immature in my honest opinion.
Please keep the community you are part of in mind when you go round saying things like that because it could harm our community.
This is a place where people from all walks of life can congregate we have natsoc but even transgenders are here, We differ from other communities in that we are not one or the other and that is a careful balance we try to maintain, coming back to the policy document that was mentioned before

I also haven't directly called anybody a nigger here, I have only used the gamer word in exactly the context you're speaking of. If it's the frequency of which I am using it, then I am afraid we may be coming to an impasse. -

All about having the tact to know the time and place when dropping an occasional gamer word in a manner that won't cause any friction with people in and around our instance. Keeping our communication polite and PG-13 is the small price we pay for visibility and reach. Otherwise, we risk becoming another containment zone like poa.st.

This is strike a balance between our autonomy and anti-censorship while keeping a good rapport with other instances and their operators.
I'm empathetic to your circumstances however as I have found myself in the same position on numerous occasions. Provided the frequent use of slurs isn't a deal breaker for you, you are more than welcome stick around with us on the instance.

You are fully in your right to say these things but honestly the volume of which you use them reflects very poorly upon our community and i know plenty of people that even greet me with the word nigger but that would not be using it as much as this.
Like i mentioned before nicecrew or poast would be a better fit because they align more with your needs but in this community this kind of behavior scares away any new members and may cause some of our existing members (who fall in your list of hatred) away and that could cost us our community something we worked hard and long to build, please consider that before you talk about optics again

We want to occupy a comfortable middle ground where we can have reasonable coverage across most of the Fediverse. If that means we end up getting fediblocked or admonished by either, then so be it.
