@MacGuffin @Saorsa A culture where there is a certain level of composure, we are not forbidding you from saying these words slurs or whatever but it could reflect poorly upon our community if its used excessively and that could scare away new members or existing members.
We are by no means a big community yet and we would love to grow and have more active members.
The analogy i could make is, You wouldn't go to a town square and scream Nigger at the top of your lungs to a room full of strangers that is very immature in my honest opinion.
Please keep the community you are part of in mind when you go round saying things like that because it could harm our community.
This is a place where people from all walks of life can congregate we have natsoc but even transgenders are here, We differ from other communities in that we are not one or the other and that is a careful balance we try to maintain, coming back to the policy document that was mentioned before

You wouldn't scream nigger in a public square because niggers would jump and assault you (unless of course you were armed and were ready to defend yourself with lethal force, but good luck explaining that one in court since White Americans no longer get to use the benefits of the first and second amendments); that scenario has no chance of happening on the internet. I also haven't directly called anybody a nigger here, I have only used the gamer word in exactly the context you're speaking of. If it's the frequency of which I am using it, then I am afraid we may be coming to an impasse. -

All about having the tact to know the time and place when dropping an occasional gamer word in a manner that won't cause any friction with people in and around our instance. Keeping our communication polite and PG-13 is the small price we pay for visibility and reach. Otherwise, we risk becoming another containment zone like poa.st.

This is strike a balance between our autonomy and anti-censorship while keeping a good rapport with other instances and their operators.
I'm empathetic to your circumstances however as I have found myself in the same position on numerous occasions. Provided the frequent use of slurs isn't a deal breaker for you, you are more than welcome stick around with us on the instance.
