Honestly kind of shy away from using 'slop' in this context. It is an incendiary term and tends to incite a fight. IMO what is better is something more positive or at least neutral that allows for organizing around the practice of keeping code bases free of LLM generated content.

That said SLOP is certainly a good term to use when criticizing slop.

Good thinking. "Human Authored" works well, and sort of fits for code too, but not really for art or music.

Maybe "Human Made" is even more general... "100% Human Made" "100% Human"
