    WHAT IF when I plugged the fucking thing in to the other thing it just worked like EVERY COMPUTER EVER? why are smartphones so hard to use? this has taken like 20 minutes at this point. how hard is it to just send a file

                on a more serious note maybe https://0x0.st or https://catbox.moe? it is ridiculous that one needs to get The Internet involved but I find that's the easiest way 99% of the time. alternatively python -m http.server if you're on the same LAN

                              (as far as I know, Windows can't deal with .tar.gz either, without using third party software, unless they recently added that functionality)
