    #Spotted While Roaming In Aotearoa New Zealand:

    In a cafe on a quiet Wednesday morning, two men (80s?) are reading different sections of a newspaper at separate tables while leisurely sipping coffee. After a bit, they lean across their tables, swap paper sections wordlessly and keep reading.

    A couple (30s?) in hiking gear, are sitting in a cafe window, both furiously writing in a journal. One on one page, one on the other. Every now and then one puts his pen down and rests his head against his partner's for a moment of inspiration. A faint smile on his face.

    Four men (20s to 50s?) wearing hi vis are all laying under a tree at lunchtime. Hands behind heads, eyes closed. Hardhats and boots off next to them. Birds calling to each other from overhead.

    In a doctor's office, a receptionist (50s?) with some very cool tattoos is greeting people by name as they walk through the door. Asking after their pets, children, hobbies and jobs. Patiently listening as she hears the latest news before sending them to where they need to go.

    A tiny human (2?) is helping Nan pick flowers in her front garden. Nan's asking which ones they should pick and Tiny Human is pointing with much solemnity. Sometimes it's a flower. Sometimes it's a cloud. Sometimes it's a rock. But they're all VERY important... and pretty.

      Any typos spotted in this post have woken up to a rather rainy day. If typos spotted, they'll be putting on a pair of fluffy socks and deciding to write at home today where it's warm, cosy and there's a dictatorial stray cat outside explaining his breakfast deficit for the second time this morning.

        @georgepenney
        I hope the typos have a cosy and productive day.
        Good night, typos (it's still wednesday night here - has been a *very* long day and will be an early thursday tomorrow).

          @georgepenney I wanted to pass on to you that my mom had a rough fall last year so I got her your book for Christmas. She just told me she’s read it more than once now and bought three more copies to give to friends. It’s brought her some joy during some tough times.
