Birds calling to each other from overhead.

In a doctor's office, a receptionist (50s?) with some very cool tattoos is greeting people by name as they walk through the door. Asking after their pets, children, hobbies and jobs. Patiently listening as she hears the latest news before sending them to where they need to go.

A tiny human (2?) is helping Nan pick flowers in her front garden.
