The man I married is changing.

The man I married is changing. He now talks to himself all the time, can't reliably grip things, can't reliably count. I could go on.
But while I'm seeing all this, HE HAD A GOOD DAY. He told me after dinner that today was just as enjoyable as the days were 2 or 3 years ago.
And that's why we're here, in England, reliving the recent past, and enjoying it.
1. We're here.
2. He's enjoying it.
3. I love him and he loves me. -
