Still a young lad, who isn't sure about his size, but a very cuddly boy, he comes up every evening for a cuddle at about eight, which he asks for very gently.
When we got him from the shelter and took him to the vet to get his pet passport sorted and his injured paw checked, the vet greeted him with: <insert strong Irish accent>So what can we do for you today, Mr Patrick?</insert strong Irish accent>

Question for the runners here:@WTL loads of very good advice already. Mine would be don't be afraid of taking rest days. Walking is running.
Which I'm lucky to not be, and probably why I'm still running, two years on, especially when I've always hated the idea of running, before I started.
