So they have to gouge the users they have. 1Password will learn from this, a painful lesson to be sure.

There are MANY options for password managers, and that price hike is going to help ensure people seek those options out first.
If you use Apple devices, the Passwords App does everything already for free.
If you're on Windows, it's always Bitwarden.
Never use the password feature built into your browser. I don't care which one it is.

The fact they are jacking up prices by over 30% next month for their users? Yeah, I woudn't stay either if I wasn't already using Apple Passwords. I'd be rushing for Bitwarden otherwise.
