Many people are doing fantastic work in this part of the world. Some were at rallies this weekend. Others were at work, taking a nap, meditating, organizing sabotage and self-defense classes and history lessons, etc.
Corporate energy consumption has to be at the top of our list of concerns today. Corruption and coverup in places of authority, too. Root issues that will otherwise lead to our extinction unless we *demand* change

Why wasn’t the 50501 a protest? At least two reasons: It lacked a demand for change. It also failed to cause any meaningful disruption.

@iFixit fwiw I’ve had a bad experience with Lenovo. My ($1300) pc will freeze unexpectedly, randomly. And especially if the logi receiver is unplugged. No answer from the company as to how that gets fixed. And Linux can’t be installed on this model
