Wow!Aspiring Rocket Scientist interview on #cbc radio, #BC this morning was amazing! That grade 12 “kid” has more composure and is more well spoken than many “trained” comms reps.Really impressive.

Had to provide over-the-phone mapping (yes, as difficult as that sounds) to someone without a map who ended up in a google maps “black hole”. They were in an area that had never had a through-road, but the plan was that there would be one. Somehow, the planned through-road was already on google maps and the person was on a dead-end street and befuddled.

And every time I watch Chocolat? I reflect on how the book was rewritten for the screen. It was made palatable for a certain audience.

Why is no one at #TELUS when people are off work? Due to FEAR, as a result of having been scammed by a Telus insider, our Elder is too frightened to respond to texts from the company. It means that texts about a service change have languished on their phone. They no longer remember to tell anyone that they are receiving such texts.Now? We are just trying to maintain their phone/inet/tv service. Telus is threatening to cut it all off by April 8 unless the “service is transferred”. We only discovered this, by accident, tonight. And not an agent to answer their chat line. Not one.The Telus chat service repeatedly hung up on us.
