@Scott @stevo399 I believe there is a verbocity setting to turn off the clickable announcements. Not this excuses them.

@stevo399 There are two items that I think should be usefull when it comes to this:Go to GPS locationEnable geo locationIf I press either of them I can see location is requested from the web Browser but the map does not update.I'm using the scan feature after moving a bit and pressing goto GPS location. But I am always getting the same result from the scan feature despite moving some 100 metres or so.If I regenerate the map it updates correctly however it takes a lot of time to be practical.

@stevo399 I tend to rant too much about Windows and Microsoft--less so about Apple--but I have issues with Apple also. I suppose that will always be the case. My biggest problem with technology is being forced to endure features I'd really rather not have. Some of these, one can turn off, and others not.
