This view just never gets old.
I’d never been a truck guy. My Dad was the truck guy, and I had my cars - but when we got this truck together, it meant something to me, and when he left it to me… it means everything to me now. Some days I take it for a drive just to feel like I’m having another visit with him again.

This is a scan of a film photo I took years ago, in a place I definitely couldn’t find again without a map - but I’ll remember it forever. My Dad took two of my childhood friends and I out camping, driving down a couple logging roads until he turned off onto what seemed like a goat trail that led to a gorgeous, pristine lake. We went fishing, watched eagles soar overhead and stayed up late around the campfire telling stories. It was an amazing trip and one that still makes me smile to remember. I’m grateful I thought to bring a camera with me back then.
